Karon Shea
Owner/Agent

Karon Shea: owner, agent and talent coach of Shea Management celebrating 45 years in the Modeling industry. She is a member of IMTA, a relationship that allows her to introduce selected local talent to Modeling Agents, Casting Directors, Film and Television producers and others from every corner of the world. Karon Shea is also a well-known personality in the CIty of Worcester and has served on numerous boards and co-chaired many events. She was a former License Commissioner for the City of Worcester, Board Member for the Canal Alliance, Co-Chair of the Harvey Ball, Shea Foundation board member, Formers Board member of the Boys and Girls CLub and Founding member of the Hanover Theatre in Worcester. She has produced thousands of Fashion Shows throughout New England.
Siobhan Petrella
New Face Director/Vocal teacher

Siobhan Petrella studied under distinguished mentors such as Ms. Polanski, Penny Bitzas, and Malama Robbins, who helped refine her classical opera skills. Her talents led her to perform with the Salisbury Singers and to begin teaching voice at a young age. Siobhan taught in the music magnet program at Burncoat Middle School, a vocal teacher and coach at WTHS and she has directed numerous performances, including events like Christmas shows with Kenny Rogers representing Shea Management. She has been awarded WSRS teacher of the Month and WTHS and WPS Teacher of the year. Currently, she is the New Face Placement Director at Shea Management, vocal coach and teacher at both Shea Management and Central Mass Dance Academy, and mentor to emerging talents.
Kellie Shea
Dance Teacher/Choreographer

Kellie Shea For the past 20 years, Kellie Shea, owner and director of Central Mass Dance Academy, has been dedicated to providing high-quality dance training for dancers of all levels. At our academy, each dancer experiences the perfect balance of structure and fun, ensuring they progress at their own pace and shine to their fullest potential. We offer a wide range of classes including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Acro. Our programs cater to all ages and abilities, from Twinkle Stars to recreational classes as well as our elite competition team. Dancers also have exciting opportunities to perform throughout the year at various community events. In addition, she teaches dance at Burncoat High School an Arts magnet school and coaches an award winning dance team.
Megan Schreiber
Acting Teacher

Megan Schreiber is a teaching artist and actor who has been involved in theater since she was 10 years old. She holds a BFA in Acting from West Virginia University and an MFA in Theater Education and Applied Theater from Emerson College. She currently works as a theater teacher for Worcester Public Schools and has been teaching acting in community settings for the past 15 years. She currently teaches Self tape, fundamentals in acting, Attacking the Cold Read and provides coaching to our talent at Shea Management.
Chris Neville
Acting Teacher

Chris Neville: For years, Chris has coaxed actors privately before joining the Anthony Gilardi Acting Studios in Hollywood where he taught actors of all levels. For the past 20+ years, Chris has been on and behind the camera in appearances for television, commercials and featured films including Ted 2, Broad Squad, Ghost Whisperers, E Ring and Wassup Rockers. Chris is also a film producer and director of movies all around the world. He also teaches in the Worcester Public Schools.
